Where We Ship We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Processing & Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Some items are held in stock and will be dispatched sooner, while made-to-order items may take a little longer within this window. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed — delays can occur during busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, and weekends.

- Free shipping on orders over £50 — apply code FREESHIP50 at checkout
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order on the Royal Mail Website.
Lost or Missing Parcels If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or you're concerned your parcel may be lost, please:
- Check your tracking information on the Royal Mail website
- Email me at phoebshandmade@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details
We'll do our best to help investigate, however please be aware that Royal Mail asks customers to wait 10 working days from the expected delivery date before a parcel is considered lost.
